Why should I use your services over others on the web?

The reason you should use us over most other search engine promotion companies is that we created and maintain our OWN software.

Most other companies on the web purchased pre-packaged, often cheap, promotion software. This is not so with us! Our software is unique because it is designed to change almost instantly when a search engine changes their method of submission.

Do you offer any free services?

When you order our services we will do a complimentary analysis of your site by hand to make sure it is ready for search engine submission. We want your site to receive the best standing available, and if it means just changing a few words, or adding some HTML, we believe it is worth the effort.

How often can I submit my web site to the search engines?

We recommend you let us submit your site to the search engines once a month. This will improve your standings with them because they will, in many cases, re-spider your page and they usually index re-spidered sites HIGHER in their index than others. In fact, many of the top search engines say that you may re-submit your site once a month without any chance of being removed from their database.

How long does it take for my site to get indexed?

Many search engines - although not all - may take as long as 6-8 weeks to list your site in their database. Keep in mind that it is up to them whether or not to accept your submission and they may, at their discretion, refuse to accept your web site into their index. Unfortunately, we have NO control over this process.

Just what are META Tags and do I need them?

META tags are still important to some search engines. Moreover, some search engines ONLY use them to index your site for their database. We highly recommend you create them, and place them in your <HEAD> </HEAD> tags of your web pages. These are the two most important: "Keywords" and "Description." How long does it take to complete my order?

Once we receive your order, we usually complete it within 24 hours (1 day). If you order over the weekend, it may take up to 48 hours (2 days).

I have more than one URL to submit...Any discounts?

Sure! We can handle as many URL's as you want. For 2 URL's, the discount will be: 10% off each order. For 3 URL's, 15% off each order. If you have more than 3, discounts are handled on an individual basis. Just contact us for a custom quote.

Here's what you do: Go through the order process as normal. Then, when you finalize your order, just enter your payment information as normal. Once we receive your multiple URL's (we look for orders with the same contact information, etc.), we will give you the discount AT THAT TIME, and we will EMAIL you with the CORRECT total of your orders. Just disregard the total the screen tells you. If you have different contact information for each order, then just drop us an email after the orders have been placed to let us know.

NOTE: The Inktomi and FAST/LYCOS promotions do not have multiple URL discounts

Will my site appear on the first page of search results?

Each search engine has it's own technique when they rank pages so it is not possible for any company to guarantee ranking. We will submit your site to the search engines and directories, but after that it is entirely up to each search engine or directory to decide if they accept it or not or where to rank it.
